If you wish to return an product, please send an email to support@zaptgear.com
first. We will provide you with the return address. For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 45 days since you receive the order. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.

- What is the policy for broken products?

If the product is broken to a manufacture error the customer has 6 months warranty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- What is the policy for product which are not broken but the customer wants to return because they changed their mind?

45 days as long as the product is in the same condition as when we sent it

- How long does it take to get the money back once the refund process has started?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
